Returns
Our policy is 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. We will arrange the collection of your return parcel.
For a return the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that the item/s were received in.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be made for items that may be defective or damaged, incorrect size or the style is not suitable.
No additional delivery will be charged for the exchanged item to be delivered.
Refunds
On receipt of the return parcel we will send a notification email confirming receipt of the return parcel and inspection done. The email will detail the approval or rejection of the return.
Returns approved will be processed and refunded within 7 to 10 business days from approval to the original method of payment.
Notification of rejection will be sent and the best way forward will be discussed with the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Shipping
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been received and will shortly be prepared for delivery.
A notification email will be sent to you once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company and the below delivery times apply
Delivery timelines
Door to Door Delivery : 2 – 4 business days (excluding Public Holidays)
Door to Door Delivery (Outlying Areas) : 3 – 5 business days (excluding Public Holidays)
Shipping Costs will be calculated on checkout at a flat rate of R 90.00.
Free Delivery for orders over R 1 000.00.
